Muhammara

Ingredients

  • 400g smoked chilli pepper paste
  • 2 cups grinded walnuts
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoons chilli pepper paste
  • 1 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Organic Pomegranate Essence
  • Sprinkle of thyme, peppermint, chilli flakes

Method

  1. Put the walnuts through a food processor and place them aside.
  2. Place the other ingredients in the food processor too.
  3. Take the mixture into a bowl and mix in the walnuts.
  4. Spread onto your plate and decorate as desired.
