Kisir

Ingredients

  • 1 glass thin bulgur
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon chili pepper paste
  • Half a glass extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 spoons Organic Pomegranate Essence
  • 2 bowl finely chopped parsley
  • 2 bowl finely chopped fresh green onions
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 cucumber

Prep Time: 20 minutes

Cook Time: 0 minutes

Serves: 4

Method

  1. Wet the Bulgur and leave to rest for 10 minutes.
  2. We then add the both pastes, herbs and oil and knead it for a further 5 minutes.
  3. We finely cut and mix the greens.
  4. Finally add the Organic Pomegranate Essence and enjoy!
