
Ingredients
- 1 glass thin bulgur
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon chili pepper paste
- Half a glass extra virgin olive oil
- 2 spoons Organic Pomegranate Essence
- 2 bowl finely chopped parsley
- 2 bowl finely chopped fresh green onions
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 cucumber

Method
- Wet the Bulgur and leave to rest for 10 minutes.
- We then add the both pastes, herbs and oil and knead it for a further 5 minutes.
- We finely cut and mix the greens.
- Finally add the Organic Pomegranate Essence and enjoy!
